-
Our staff have the right to work without abuse, threats, or harassment.
-
We will not tolerate verbal, physical, or written abuse towards any member of our team.
-
If abusive behaviour occurs, staff are authorised to end the phone call or appointment immediately.
-
Continued abusive behaviour may result in restrictions being placed on how you access our services, or in serious cases, removal from our practice.
We are here to support your healthcare needs and will always treat you with courtesy and respect. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to our staff.

We are happy to accept automatic payments for patients wishing to build credit towards future appointments or support trying times. Please note that our overdue threshold is $50 and anything owing past this amount will need to be settle at the time of your appointment.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain fair and consistent payment processes so that we can continue providing quality care to all patients.

Cash Payments – Please note, we are going cashless from the 1st of October 2025
Missed Appointments – Terms & Conditions
-
Not attending a booked appointment with your GP or nurse without notice results in a loss of valuable time that could have been offered to another patient.
-
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you must notify the practice at least 1 hour in advance.
-
For early morning appointments, please contact us as soon as possible that morning.
-
-
Failure to notify the practice will result in a missed appointment fee being charged.
-
We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In such cases, we will take this into consideration.
This policy has been introduced due to a recent increase in missed appointments and is in place to ensure fair access to care for all patients.
