How We Use AI at Our Practice
At our practice, your health and privacy are our top priorities. To support our doctors and nurses, we use secure AI tools to help summarise medical notes.
This means that after your consultation, the AI may create a brief summary of the notes to make information easier for your healthcare team to review and understand. This helps us:
-
Keep your records clear and consistent
-
Save time so clinicians can focus more on your care
-
Ensure important details are not overlooked
What this does not mean:
-
The AI does not make decisions about your care. All medical decisions are made by your clinician.
-
Your information remains private and secure, in line with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
We use this technology only as a support tool, with your clinician always in control of your care and your records.
