Upcoming Flu Vaccination Information for Patients Aged 65 and over or patients with a chronic health condition who are eligible for the funded flu vaccine.
On Wednesday, April 1st, we will host our annual drive-through flu and COVID clinic from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Riverside car park, located behind the Warehouse.
Please only attend this if you've received an invite to confirm your eligibility for chronic health condition if you are under the age of 65.
Beginning April 7th, walk-in appointments for both flu and COVID vaccines will be available in practice.
Please be aware that waiting times post-vaccination may range from 5 -15 minutes, depending on the vaccines received.

You can order repeat prescriptions conveniently through the patient portal or by phoning our friendly reception.

Please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for processing.

Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

If a GP review is due, you’ll be prompted to book an appointment online or by calling reception.

For urgent or same-day requests, please phone reception directly.

Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) works from our rooms 2&1/2 days a week and offers brief, solution-focused sessions designed to help you understand what’s going on and develop strategies that support your wellbeing. She is able to see patients of any age, and you can book an appointment directly with her (through our reception or via Health 365) without a referral from your GP.

Health Coach work from our rooms 2 days a week and offers support with areas such as healthy eating, physical activity, long-term condition management, motivation, and goal-setting. She works alongside you to create achievable plans that fit your daily life. She is able to see patients 18 and older, and you can book an appointment directly with her (through our reception or via Health 365) without a referral from your GP.​
